Delivery delays - Covid 19

Most of our orders, subject to availability of products, are posted out within a couple of days of your order being received. Once the order has been posted, you will be sent a despatch email advising of this.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how long it may take Royal Mail to deliver the parcel to you. Royal Mail are still reporting increased levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation and this is impacting on the service that they are able to provide.

Therefore, please allow longer than usual for your parcel to be delivered. If your parcel has not been received after 10 days from the date that you received your despatch notice, then please email us using the contact form and we will ask Royal Mail to investigate this.
