Refund Policy


We are sure you will love our chocolates, but if you are unhappy with the products you receive, please let us know and we will try to help.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days if you discover any damage or the item is defective. Please send us a photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where you have purchased our chocolates from one of our stockists, any refunds or replacements are conditional upon proof of purchase. If an item is defective, then please send us a photo and a description of the issue, along with the name of where the chocolate was purchased so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.  

Occasionally an item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens then we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a partial refund.

If you have placed an order by mistake, or you would like to cancel your order for another reason, please email by 12 noon after placing your order, to avoid your order being processed and despatched. 


If a refund, or part-refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
